What Is Ninja Veggie Slice?
Ninja Veggie Slice is a fast-paced arcade game where your reflexes are the only weapon you need. Vegetables — carrots, broccoli, peppers, watermelons and more — fly up the screen and your job is simple: swipe through them before they escape. Miss too many and the run ends. Hit a bomb and it's game over. Stay focused, build combos, and keep pushing for a new personal best.
The game runs entirely in your browser. No app to install, no account to create, no cost at all. Open the page and you are playing in seconds — on your laptop, phone, or tablet.
The Notedor Story
Notedor was founded in 2024 by a small team of indie developers and designers who shared one belief: the best games are the ones you can pick up in ten seconds and lose yourself in for an hour. We were tired of bloated apps, paywalls, and mandatory sign-ups blocking the path to simple fun.
We started with a single game and a simple website. Ninja Veggie Slice was our first title — a tribute to the classic fruit-slicing games many of us grew up with, rebuilt from scratch with smoother controls, crisper graphics, and that one-more-go quality that keeps players coming back.
Our Mission
We believe great casual games should be instantly accessible to everyone. That means:
- No downloads or app stores
- No paywalls or premium unlocks
- No age restrictions — family-friendly content only
- Fast loading on any connection
- Smooth play on any device
How the Game Was Built
Ninja Veggie Slice was built using HTML5 Canvas and vanilla JavaScript, which is why it runs directly in the browser with no plugins. The physics engine behind the flying vegetables was custom-written to give each item a natural arc and satisfying slice animation. Bomb detection uses pixel-level collision logic so you always feel the result is fair.
The art style draws from bold flat-colour aesthetics — bright backgrounds, clean shapes, and high-contrast colours that stay readable even during the most frantic waves. Sound effects were recorded and mixed in-house for that crisp, punchy feedback on every slice.
Meet the Team
Alex Mercer — Lead Developer. Built the game engine and physics from scratch. Has a personal high score he refuses to share.
Sonia Kraft — Art Director. Responsible for every carrot, broccoli, and explosion animation. Claims she can identify every vegetable by silhouette alone.
James Obi — Game Designer. Balanced the difficulty curves and combo system. Believes every game should be learnable in under a minute.
Lena Voss — Web & UX. Keeps the site fast, clean, and accessible. Obsessively tests on every device she can find.
